Solaria Villas II and III are available to be rented as one combined unit, at a discounted price, for groups of up to 16 or just for your own privacy and personal use. Planning a celebration? We can put you in touch with top notch event planners and catering services. There are 3 villas in the complex but only II and III are available for rental. Solaria I is only used by the owner for their personal, occasional use.

Comprised of 3 architecturally stunning, 5000 square foot villas, Solaria Villas are located 3.2 miles north of the town bridge and are only .5 miles from Secret Beach road. Each villa features 3 stories with a tropical atrium and sweeping custom crafted spiral wooden staircase. Spacious gourmet kitchens with perfectly planned spaces for entertaining while preparing meals. Large living and dining areas that flow together and extend out onto verandas that overlook the Caribbean Sea. Expansive master suites with king size beds, sophisticated armchairs offer the ultimate in comfort.

Each villa is unique in its layout, Casa Bomba has a kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms on the split level, a master on the second floor and another master bedroom on the upper split level. Solaria III has a living room on the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms on the lower split, 2 guest bedrooms on the lower split, a kitchen/dining/living room on the second level and another master bedroom on the upper split level. Each villa has a dedicated fiber-optic connection for reliable videoconferencing and VOIP.

The property features a central swimming pool, a lounging pool, a white sand beach with wading area, a dock to swim from and a lush tropical landscape of mature foliage. There is plenty of parking, a caretaker is onsite to take care of your needs and the property has a generator to ensure power continuity if by chance the power goes out.

Ready to get out and explore? Solaria has its 6 kayaks for your use, the reef is a short paddle away and a mooring buoy is located at the reef in front of the villas. In the tropics, rainy days are just another excuse to get outside and have fun but, if you must, each unit has multiple flat screen TV’s.

If you are looking for a wedding destination there is no finer place than Solaria Villas. Your concierge is well connected with all the major wedding planners that cater to Belize and will work with you to find the perfect match. Ambergris Caye is also home to award winning photographers to capture your special moment.

Housekeeping can be arranged prior to your arrival for an additional fee, please contact us for full details. A full set of fresh linens are available in each villa.

We are a full service management company and can arrange everything for your vacation including booking flights from the International airport (BZE), arranging for golf cart rentals at preferred rates, booking all of your activities and arranging transportation to the villa upon arrival and departure. As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.

Basic amenities are included - full bedding (linens, pillows, duvets), towels, beach towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies, salt/pepper, ground coffee, filters, sugar, creamer, drinking water and Marie Sharp's. Highchair and/or Crib.

"Wow, Wow, Wow!!! What a perfect stay from the second I booked Sunrise's home all the way till we got off the island! Not only was the place an absolute dream (nothing bad to stay), but it really was the host's assistance, communication & constant services that made the trip so perfect! Simon sent me the amazing Guest Guide immediately w/ every detail we could imagine needing - even an interactive google map & tons of recommendations. Simon booked all of our flights to & from San Pedro, helped us book a boat day, chef, & golf carts, & even went the extra mile in walking me through my decision and answering all of my questions (last minute too). We adored Daniel & Kerwin (property) - they went above & beyond, helped with anything we needed (grill,kayaks). They even set up games or cut open coconuts without us asking! Can't recommend this place enough!! You feel like you're at a luxury resort with someone always there to help or answer questions - they made the entire trip so seamless!!!

"This was the best place I ever went to for vacation. Sunrise Management and the caretakers were helpful and present when we had issues, questions, and needed help. The villas provided all the amenities, utensils, and space we needed for our group of 14. The location provided a respectable distance between San Pedro town and Secret Beach. The only drawbacks I would say was the bumpy/muddy road outside of the villas and the water in the bathrooms as far as the sinks & the shower lacked pressure. Asisde from these two minor issues I would go back and would recommend the Solaria Villas II & Casa Bamba because the staff are so accommodating along with having a place with a great view, beach access, amenities galore, and space.

"We had 15 friends that rented Solaria II and III. This place was amazing. The houses were absolutely beautiful with everything that you could think of available, even Bluetooth. Extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. Location was just far enough outside of town to have some relaxation but close to Secret Beach. The staff were also very responsive. Simon was extremely responsive with all of our needs from the beginning. Golf carts were delivered directly to our place and the process was seamless. The grounds were always kept spotless, with the beach being racked a few times a day. Eilio was also very personable and helpful with any of our needs. This place is truly a gem. We will definitely be back.

"2 families shared this home and truly had an incredible experience. The home was perfectly described and had all the amenities we needed. The on-site host was super helpful and friendly, we loved the location as we spent most of our time north of the bridge or on secret beach. Only a 15-20 minute golf cart ride to downtown or secret beach. The pool was great and we loved our stay!

"Solaria Villas was a great place to stay and suited the needs of our family group of 14. The houses are unique and we enjoyed the open spaces, kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Beds were quite comfy too. The view is great and so relaxing! We had some lazy days around the great swimming pool. But we were also active with trips to San Pedro and Secret Beach. Solaria is about equal distance to each. Danny and Kerwyn worked diligently every day to keep the grounds groomed. They are friendly guys and full of information if you just ask. For sure the property is great. But I also can't say enough good things about Sunrise Property Management. They are so service-oriented. Simon and his team answered all of our questions almost immediately. They arranged our excursions, set up the golf carts and taxis to Solaria, and booked our Tropic Air flights. They are amazing! If you're thinking about booking Solaria Villas, I wouldn't hesitate. We were quite satisfied.

So Much Space

"The houses were extremely nice and well maintained. These are some of the best homes we have stayed in for the price. We loved that the ocean is calm enough to kayak out to the reef and snorkel. You could not walk very far down the beach before the beaches got trashy but the beach in front of the house was very well kept and cleaned every morning which was very nice. There is so much flex space to hang out and enjoy or relax in these homes and the pool was a great size and location with plant of sun and shade.

"We spent a wonderful week here with 4 other couples. The property is beautiful and well kept. The accommodations were perfect and the the on site staff was very attentive and accessible if we needed anything at all. The property management staff was amazing leading up to our arrival. They had our golf carts booked and waiting at the property when we arrived and the carts were picked up at the property upon our departure. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport and booked all our excursions for us. We literally arrived and started our vacation, no hassles, no issues at all. They even met us at the airport when we had a credit card receipt snafu and nothing was interrupted. They also booked a spa day for us at the house and the ladies were amazing with their massages. We even had them return a second time for more massages. We would definitely stay here or any Sunrise properties on the island again.

"We spent a wonderful week at the gorgeous villas celebrating a 80th birthday with family. Elio, the on-site caretaker took great care of our party of 16. He recommended a few different restaurants and places to visit. Simon with Sunrise Team was always easy to get in touch with. He booked our RT flights to/from the island, cabs rides to/from the Villas and golf carts waiting for us next morning. We highly recommend Solaria Villas and hope to return soon.

"Solaria Villas were perfect for our extended family. The houses were beautiful and the beach was nice. The pool was great for the little ones since our daughter is too young to swim she hung out in the multiple shallow areas. There were kayaks we went out on and a pier we fished off of. We were picked up there by boat for all of our excursions. The caretaker, Manelin, was incredible. My mom was supposed to take care of my kids while we went snorkeling, but she got sick so he babysat. We paid him of course, but it was so nice of him to offer to do that. He also helped us with everything we needed. The property managers pick you up and drop you off from the water taxi. They also take you get the golf cart.

Three generations in 2 homes!

"We were most grateful to Simon and caretaker, Candido, for an outstanding visit. Simon booked all our excursions and travel between Belize City and San Pedro without any complications. That's no small feat considering 14 of us coming from 3 different cities. Simon responded promptly to all our questions. We loved the app that had so much valuable information. Candido was attentive to all our on-site needs and extended warm hospitality, making sure we knew how to get around the island. Solaria II and III offered luxurious comfort. We really appreciated the large kitchens for cooking at home meals and the large dining rooms that could accommodate our family of 14. We appreciated the TV service as we are serious fans of World Cup soccer during our stay.

The rooms were so spacious, beds comfortable. Amenities like towels, pots and pans, dishes, even the coffee, were excellent. The kids loved the pool and adults the deck chairs!

We look for another chance to return one day.

"The property was perfect for a large group. Very clean and lots of room. The property manager was very accommodating and fast to respond to all questions. They helped with everything including setting up the island flights, golf cart rentals, excursions, and private chefs. The on site care taker kept the beach clean and nice and always made sure the property was picked up and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
