Located on the Caribbean Sea at the end of a quiet street, you’ll find our beautiful and spacious one-bedroom condo. A long-time favorite of travelers to Ambergris Caye, we invite you to become part of our extended family. We are located just at the edge of town, a mere six-minute walk to Central Park. You’ll find so much to do within minutes of our condo that you won’t need the expense of renting a golf cart unless by the day to explore the island.

Belizean Reef is surrounded by palms, whispering tropical pines, tropical flowers, and the Caribbean Sea is right at your doorstep. The view from your balcony is inspiring; you’ll never tire of watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in your hand. If you’ve just come to sit and relax, you’ll find yourself spending your days gazing at the beauty of the turquoise water and mesmerized by the waves as they crash over the coral reef. What about the sunsets, though, you ask; climb the stairs, and you’ll find yourself on our rooftop deck with a panoramic view of the island. It’s the perfect location for watching the sunset before you head out for dinner some nighttime entertainment.

Speaking of dining and entertainment, you’re literally located a minute away from Blue Water Grill and Carlo and Ernie’s Runway bar. Two “must go” spots for all visitors to the island. A vast selection awaits a few minutes farther field. You’re probably wondering how you’ll ever find all of these great places. Worry not, As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.

Planning on diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, or exploring the Mayan ruins? Our concierge/manager has got you covered; they know all the best guides and tours and will have you set up in no time. They will be there with you all the way from the day you book until the day you depart. Pickups for your activities are a breeze; there’s a dock, you’ve seen it in our pictures, just steps away. Need to get some work done while you're on vacation? We have 40Mb fiber Internet.

Is a morning swim or snorkel on your list of must-do activities? Just walk into the water right in front of the property. Only to the south are the ruins of an old dock that make for an exciting snorkel; we are in an area of little boat traffic, so feel free to swim parallel to the shore to the north of us.

You're probably wondering about sleeping arrangements. We have a king-size bed in the air conditioned bedroom, and two double futons in the air conditioned living room. If you are a family with children, we can sleep up to 4 with no extra fees. We also have additional units available at the property if you need more space.

Housekeeping is available upon request at no additional charge; we also provide laundry service for a small fee.

When you arrive on the island, we're 200 yards from the Tropic Air terminal, 450 yards from the Maya Island Air terminal, and 550 yards long the beach from the San Pedro Express Water Taxi terminal.

"First I want to say Kaitlynn was absolutely amazing and made our stay! She had everything covered from checking in with us as soon as we landed, ensuring the golf cart was ready for us upon arrival to the island, offering us activities and booking them. This was one of the least stressful vacations I had. The condo itself is in a great location. Right off the beach with easy access to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and more. The view was spectacular. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony watching the morning waves crash along the beach. We will be coming back and staying here again on our next trip.

"We landed and walked less than a block to the greeted by Kaitlin, Ermita and the welcoming team. With only seven units in this quaint seaside place the staff is as helpful as th sea is close. Located next to the islands flagship dive shop and pier excursions and dining is easy..clean, simple and unpretentious belizean suites is foe those ready to relax in the opposite of the over-the-top all inclusive mayhem and instead enjoy a clean, quaint Caribbean experience with staff who care in the heart of San Pedro. All the units are ocean view and clean!

"We loved our stay at the Belizean Reef. It was right on the ocean and close to restaurants, groceries, excursions, and the airports. Secret Beach was a golf cart ride away. We cooked some fish we caught that day in the condo and some steak on the outside grill and ate on our beautiful private deck. The property management and other employees were wonderful and responsive. We will stay here again in the future.

"My understanding is they are with a new owner; however this was my first time here of four previous visits. The property is wonderfully clean and maintained. The staff is virtually begging you to let them help you make your stay better; arranging golf carts at great rates delivered to your door to carrying your luggage to your room. It was the first time we stayed in town, and we understood there would be more noise. We wanted this experience because the town and its people are why we love this destination. Everything was so close, we were able to walk to eat dinner twice. Additionally, we walked to the French bakery twice for breakfast. The stores were also within walking distance. There is a bar across the street that is also pretty hopping for an evening drink. The room had everything needed for a morning coffee to watch the sun rise and enjoy the sea breeze to being another day in paradise. It has all the TV channels, so you can catch the game back home or keep up on the news as well. Highly recommend.

"We very much enjoyed Suite 4 at the Belizean Reef. It was clean, super spacious, decorated nicely, great view and an incredible staff. Yvette, the manager, and the housekeeping lady went above and beyond to be helpful.
We stayed there to be close to a friend who stayed at Ramons, two buildings down. The condo was twice as big and half the price. Very good value. Plus it has a full kitchen and there are two great restaurants just a short walk down the beach. It's very convenient to both the water taxi and the regional airport, making transportation a breeze. You can hear an occasional plane go over but not many. There are several tour boats, just a walk down the beach.
We didn't like the town of San Pedro at all, very crowded, too many fuming golf carts everywhere, but we found we didn't need to be in town at all, we had everything we needed either on the beach or right behind the property. We rented a golf cart to explore the town and beyond, which turned out to be a waste of money because there was nothing we wanted to do. Even Secret Beach was a let down. A loud, crowded bar scene with at least 100 chaise lounges and loud music on what once was probably a beautiful beach.

"I had the easiest check in experience with Yvette. She was so prompt, super responsive and went above and beyond to help me book excursions and give me information on different things to do on the island. I would highly recommend staying here. The space was beautiful and so much more spacious than I thought it would be. It was a short walk to the main hub of the island where the ferry comes in.

Home away from home... with a million dollar view!

"We loved our apartment on the ocean. Yvette was so helpful, and the place had all the space/amenities we needed. It has a very comfortable king sized bed, not a futon, and our favourite place was the balcony with a view. I could never get tired of being there!!! "We had a great time. The Belizean Reef is in the perfect location and just the right size property. We didn't want a "resort" per say, and this was perfect. The grounds were lovely and our apartment had a fabulous view that you cannot get from the larger resorts. The grounds were well kept and island pretty. We met so many wonderful people. Ambergris Caye is a magical place and one of the best dive spots in the world. Yvette was wonderful and a true gem! She is such an asset to the company! I would highly recommend a stay here.
