Fronted by the Mexico Rocks Marine Reserve and the Belize Barrier Reef, this 3,200 square foot beachfront home offers 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper level and the separate lower level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting area and is accessed by its own entrance. A bunk bed in the second lower bedroom provides the option to add two additional children to your booking; an additional fee applies.
Surrounded by white sand and offering a private pool and a 250-foot pier with a palapa, you have your pick of places to read a book, take a swim, watch a sunset or sunrise, or to create a moment to take home with you. The air around you is filled with the sound of the Caribbean Sea rolling over the barrier reef, the trade wind breezes and the birds, including Parrots, in the nearby bush. The wrap around patio offers plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening night cap or you can lounge in the spacious area surrounding the large swimming pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area.
