Booking is simple, just fill in our Flight Booking Form and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure that you’re booked on the correct arrival and departure flights. Once booked we’ll send you your confirmation along with other helpful information. When you book with us, there’s no need to pay for your flight until you check in and we’ll monitor late international flights and adjust your local flight times as required. There’s no extra fee for the service, prices are the same as when booking directly with the airline.
Once you arrive on Ambergris Caye, you’ll need to get to your property. To ensure that runs as smoothly as possible one, or more, of our drivers will be waiting for you at your point of arrival. They’ll assist you with retrieving your luggage and guide you to your taxi. *
In most cases you’ll want transportation to explore the island and as a golf cart agent we can help you with that. We only act as an agent for our guests and source quality golf carts at or below the retail rate. Sure, you can rent on your own, but you don’t know what you’re getting and, if there are problems with the cart, we may not be able to help. We work with highly rated reputable rental agencies and will act on your behalf if there are any problems. Insurance and tax are included in our prices so there are no hidden fees. Your only cost above the rental fee is refilling your gas tank after use.
If you prefer a more rustic form of transportation upon your arrival, we can arrange for a water taxi charter to pick you up in town and take you to your property.
